Who We Are

We’re Tower 1 unit owners — not the developer, not building management, not the hotel brand. This platform was created entirely by owners, for owners. It is not affiliated with E11EVEN® or any developer or management entity. Everything here reflects the perspective of individual owners navigating closings, amenity openings, and the path toward formal HOA governance.

Why This Exists

Closing a unit in a mixed-use high-rise during a phased delivery is complicated. Amenity rollouts happen on developer timelines. The HOA transition process — when owners finally take over governance — involves thresholds, legal milestones, and decisions most owners didn’t know they needed to track until it was too late.

Owners deserve a trusted, independent place to stay informed. That’s what this is. A single source for updates, amenity status, and the tools to get organized before the HOA election arrives.

Who’s Behind It

This platform was founded by Eric, a Tower 1 owner who got tired of piecing together information from scattered sources. The goal was simple: build the resource that should have existed from day one. No agenda beyond keeping fellow owners informed and organized.
