I'll be among the first to close in Tower 1, and I created this site because one didn't exist yet. No owner forum. No shared updates. No single place to find answers. So I built one.
This is a place for us — the unit owners of E11even Club Hotel & Residences Tower 1 — to stay connected and informed as we move through the closing process and into ownership together.
This isn't a developer site. It isn't the HOA. It's an independent, owner-run resource. The goal is straightforward: give verified owners a central place to share factual updates, access important documents, track amenity openings, and communicate with each other — all in one place instead of scattered across group chats and word of mouth.
I want to be upfront about what this platform is and what it isn't:
This is a fact-based information hub. A place to track real timelines, share documented experiences, organize around the eventual HOA transition, and build a community among the people who are invested in this building — literally.
This is not a place for rumors, speculation, or unverified complaints. We all have a shared interest in Tower 1 succeeding. The tone here will be constructive and grounded in documentation. If something needs to be raised, it should be raised with evidence and in good faith.
There's a lot ahead of us — amenity openings, the hotel rental program, insurance questions, the eventual transition from developer control to an owner-elected HOA board. Having an organized, informed owner community isn't just nice to have. It's essential.
