What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and unit number. We do not collect payment information, government identification, or any other personal data beyond what is needed to operate the platform.

During owner verification, you may submit a purchase contract or closing document to confirm unit ownership. Those documents are reviewed and permanently deleted within 7 days — they are not stored, archived, or shared. See the “Verify-Then-Delete” section below for details.

How Your Information Is Stored

Account information is stored in a private database hosted by Supabase, a managed backend-as-a-service provider. This data is not publicly accessible and is accessible only to the platform administrator.

Transactional emails (verification confirmations, platform updates) are sent via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend does not retain a copy of your information beyond standard email delivery logs (typically 30 days).

How Your Information Is Used

Your email address, name, and unit number are used exclusively to:

• Operate the community platform and your account
• Send platform updates relevant to Tower 1 unit owners
• Verify unit ownership

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, commercial solicitation, or any purpose unrelated to the E11even Unit Owners community platform.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or share your personal information with any third party. Specifically, your information will never be shared with:

• Property Markets Group (PMG) or any of its affiliates
• E11EVEN Partners or GR Opco LLC
• Any homeowners association or property management company
• Any advertiser, marketer, or data broker

The only third-party services that handle your data are Vercel (platform hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), and Resend (email delivery), all of which are infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.

Verify-Then-Delete

To confirm unit ownership, you may submit a purchase contract, closing disclosure, or similar document. These documents contain significant personal and financial information (PII). Our policy is:

• Documents are reviewed by the platform administrator to confirm ownership
• Documents are permanently deleted within 7 days of review — not archived, not retained
• Only your verification status (verified / not verified) is stored, not the document itself
• You will be notified when your verification is complete and your document has been deleted

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will remove your information from all stored records within 7 days and confirm deletion by reply email.

Cookies and Tracking

This site uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate page-view data. No personally identifiable information is collected by analytics. No advertising cookies are set. No cross-site tracking occurs.
